Rob is trained in various Eastern massage modalities including Tao Massage, Tantric Massage, and Thai Oil Massage, as well as Sports Massage and Prostate Massage for prostatic health.
A My Sol Touch bodywork experience with Rob begins with the completion of an intake form and consent form, a brief meet-and-greet with new clients, or a check-in with returning clients designed to relax and calm the client, helping them separate the worries of the world, and relax into a safe, caring space for a My Sol Touch Bodywork experience.
Rob listens intuitively and empathically.
As a trained clinical social worker, retreat facilitator, meditation instructor, and certified life coach, Rob listens with his head, heart, and hands that offer caring touch.
He invites you to discuss the type of bodywork that is desired and meaningful. His job is to care for and about you. Rob will consider all requests and let you know if custom requests can be offered. Customized bodywork requests will be discussed in-person prior to the delivery of service.
You may request different pressure levels of touch, attention to specific areas of the body, various sensory enhancements such as music or soft sleep masks, or additional treatments like hot stone massage or cupping. Every encounter can be unique.
After a bodywork session, you may depart or choose to sit and rest awhile, regrouping your thoughts and continue your day in centered peacefulness.
Rob will check in and make sure that you feel relaxed.
- All guided meditation services will occur before the bodywork session.
- All personal or professional life coaching services will occur at the conclusion of the bodywork session.

Training
Rob’s training in bodywork and massage spans multiple countries and schools and integrates various techniques. He received massage training and massage certificates in Chiang Mai, Thailand, at ITM (International Training Massage School) and Sabaidee School of Massage. Additional massage training and certification have been received through Tantra™ Training and from certified U.S. massage practitioners (e.g., Prostatic Massage, Hot Stone Massage).
